• Strong network within California government and institutional markets
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Territory includes: California (statewide)

Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for the California territory
• Build relationships with state and local government officials, police departments, and municipal leaders
• Manage complex procurement processes and government contract negotiations
• Coordinate with federal partners and national account teams
• Lead regional trade show participation and industry event representation
• Manage and mentor junior sales staff within region
